Do you offer free shipping internationally?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping with any watch purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once sent, orders within Australia should arrive within 1-5 business days depending on your location. International orders should allow 2 - 14 days business days.

Does shipping include custom duties/taxes?

Edison Watch Co cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes/fees applied by your local government to your package. You the customer are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Edison Watches offer a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product you have the right to return the watch for a full refund, provided the watch is in the exact same condition and packaging as when it was shipped. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and proof of purchase is required.

How do I make an exchange?

If you want to exchange your product, please follow the return instructions above and send your watch back to us. Let us know via email that you have sent your package and include the product you would like in exchange:  returns@edisonwatchco.com

You can make an exchange for a product of the same or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, you will have to pay the difference in price. Our team will be in contact with payment options for the outstanding amount.

Have you received my return?

You will receive an email confirming the registration of your return from our return department and your refund will reach you within 3-5 business days after that. If you haven’t received an email within two weeks from the date that you returned your package, please contact our customer service with your order and tracking number.
