All Edison watches are made with interchangeable straps designed to make changing your wristband quick and easy. For our leather and mesh straps just use the tool that came with your purchase to release the straps. For Edison Nato’s simply unthread your current strap and re-thread the new Nato of your choice.
Edison nylon and mesh straps can be hand washed in warm water with soap, they should then be layed flat and allowed to dry completely.
Do not wash your leather watch strap as it will dry out the leather.
Our watches are classified as water resistant 3 Atmospheres or ATM. This means they are suitable with light water contact, like the type you might encounter during your everyday life, however we don’t recommend getting them wet.
Our leather straps are made with Italian calf leather and are treated with vegetable oil, giving them a deep and warm texture that will develop unique wear patterns over time.
To preserve your strap we recommend:
– Avoiding all contact with water, liquids, cosmetics, moisturisers and oils
– Avoid over exposure to extreme heat or lighting
– Storing the strap in your Edison watch box when not in use.
